* bios_funs.h: Made __bios_start void instead of uint16_t.
* bios.c: CAN_NMT_TIME resets watchdog.

Improved crc calculation loop and address validity check.

* can.h: Added CAN_NMT_TIME and some space between the rest of the NMT types.
* flash.c: Rewrite to use SRAM page buffer instead.
Reimplemented flash_load_buffer.
Deleted old unused code and cleaned up comments.

* EmbeddedSoftware/AVR/flash.*: Flash functionality moved here. flash_load_buffer implemented, needs testing.
* EmbeddedSoftware/AVR/vectors.*: New interrupt handling system, works on all avrs without configuration (hopefully). Not tested.
