1621 5766 d 0 h nattgris /trunk/EmbeddedSoftware/AVR/ remove the list of targets in need of GCC bug workaround

The workaround is effectively a no-op if the targeted AVR is not affected,
so it can just as well be used always. Add suitable comment explaining the
fix. This should solve recent problems with ATmega328P (and future AVRs).
