  Now using #defines from moduleid.h for the Pronto Response commands (instead of the locally defined enum).
  
  The Pronto STOPPED response is now sent when IR transmission is actually completed, regardsless of whether it was explicitely or implicitely stopped. This response is now also sent when non-pronto transmissions are completed.
