Added specific pronto response codes when channel is busy, or when modfreq is locked to another value by other channel.
Fixed some potential state check problems when trying to transmit on channels not configured as TX.
Improved pronto channel allocation checks in the stateful pronto commands that don't include any channel info.
Refactoring and other minor fixes. |

Stop flag wasn't cleared before starting a new pronto transmission. Fixed
STOPPED response wasn't sent when receiving a STOP command while already in stopped mode. Fixed (but ALREADY STOPPED response is sent instead). |

Now using #defines from moduleid.h for the Pronto Response commands (instead of the locally defined enum).
The Pronto STOPPED response is now sent when IR transmission is actually completed, regardsless of whether it was explicitely or implicitely stopped. This response is now also sent when non-pronto transmissions are completed. |
