STOPPED response wasn't sent when receiving a STOP command while already in stopped mode. Fixed (but ALREADY STOPPED response is sent instead).

The Pronto STOPPED response is now sent when IR transmission is actually completed, regardsless of whether it was explicitely or implicitely stopped. This response is now also sent when non-pronto transmissions are completed.
