Added a new make target to template Makefiles: installnoappl which uploads an empty application into the node, useful if the current application is broken and disturbes the network

remove the list of targets in need of GCC bug workaround
The workaround is effectively a no-op if the targeted AVR is not affected,
so it can just as well be used always. Add suitable comment explaining the
fix. This should solve recent problems with ATmega328P (and future AVRs).

Atom: Added definitions for the nmt protocol to the xml file
Atom: Had to change one definition name for the module listing so unfortunatly module apps will need to update their main.c.template again.. sorry
Atom: Structured the TODO for Atom
Atom: Added the ability for Atom to understand nmt messages, this show up correct in the debug output and we have control of nodes via javascript programming
should be possible but I have not built anything for that yet. Reset, App_start and Heartbeat works as expected though |

Updated module-template to use new defines, THIS BREAKS OLD STUFF, you need to manually replace your main.src.template in all module applications
Added include of moduleid.h in canid.h if MODULE_APPLICATION is defined, also removed module-stuff from canid.h
