Added a new TCP inteface for accessing the javascript VM directly. This is a potential security risk even though the console is not much safer.
This is a preperation for a simpler interface toward the webgui. |

Fixed a serious bug in the decoding of packets from the can network... if the packet contained the end byte things got screwed... not sure it is perfect now and it sort of reverts the fix done for Englunds USB problem.
Added some debug printouts. |

Removed some debug printouts
Added functionallity to download protocol xml from the web, write the url in the config file instead of a local file path
The downloading seems a little slow which I can not explain, but since it is only at startup it should not be a big issue right now |

Disabled byteset code, will remove it completly when we have had a bit more testing, things seem to work but there are big changes and a minimum of tests
A lot of ugly debug printouts now if you have debug level enabled, needs cleanup latery |

Changed how atom works with client and server id:s, needs more work in the future but at least it works to start a server from js now

Major refactoring of TcpServer and networking stuff.
Reworked some parts of the socket plugin, now it works again.
Created a lot of debug outputs for new parts, so debug on in the logging will give a lot of output |

Fix to byteset where a -1 caused the last character to disappear in received socket data that was converted to ascii
More work on mysql and mbb
Added a function to parse out several json-rpc strings in the same received packet
Added two managers, ir and tracker, they are pretty specific to my stuff but could serve as examples, they are not loaded by default but should be loaded and instansiated from autostart.js |

Some work on changing the logging system to make it easier to use, not done and nothing of the old is yet converted to the new system.
Introduced a way of doing error handing with exceptions, only the MySql plugin uses this right now.
Added a plugin to access mysql from the js environment, it only exposes some basic functions right now but should be pretty useful, not fully tested yet but at least a select seems to work.
Some other small stuff. |

Added try/catch around connect call in VM socket plugin, we probably need this in other places as well, this to handle connect failures |
