Changed the webgui to use the new Atomd JsPipe interface instead of the atomic. Should not suffer from the protocol limitations of the atomic protocol.
This is a breaking change and requires the latest revision of Atom. It will also require an update to the webgui configuration file.

Renamed Atom1.5-phpExampleClient to Atom1.5-webgui and moved contents from light folder directly to Atom1.5-webgui

Added configuration parameter to use old or new atomic protocol.
Added new page for IRremotes, it is untested but should work. Also it relies on the remote name following certain rules.

Completly new web interfaces built on jQuery Mobile. Uses the concept of pages where pre-defined pages can be created and hopefully shared between us all. Then you instansiate one or more of these pages in the configuration file.
Right now only two simple pages exists, one for dimmers and one for generic last value information.
Do not forget to update to the latest version of the scripts for Atom!
